Artist Bio
I am a Berkeley based Artist, specializing in large-scale painting and murals, however, my work includes drawing, ceramics, and textiles. I have a BFA in Painting from The San Francisco Art Institute and currently have several murals installed across the Bay Area: one permanent public mural at the San Francisco Art Institute, and others at private residences in Oakland. My work often consists of amorphic molecular bodies and blobs. They are large, colorful, and inviting, a beautiful abstraction that aims to capture the viewer’s focus and attention on falling, slipping and gliding around the pieces with the eye. A visual playground for the uneasy gaze. A safe place with space, for you.
